Therapy sessions
Therapeutic and supportive interventions are designed to maximise the ability of individuals, couples and families to cope, both emotionally and practically.
After an initial assessment, and the development of a treatment plan, therapy sessions can be arranged weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is commonly used. Therapy is provided for many issues, including:
